H. Chase Harbin

H. Chase Harbin brings more than a decade of courtroom and litigation experience to his clients. After earning his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, Chase began his legal career serving as a prosecutor in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, representing the State in Pickens and Greenville Counties.

As a prosecutor, he handled a wide range of criminal matters, developing strong trial skills and firsthand insight into courtroom procedure, evidentiary standards, and case strategy.

Following his time in public service, Chase founded The Law Office of H. Chase Harbin, P.A., where he has represented clients in Federal, State, Municipal, and Family Courts. Throughout his career, he has defended complex criminal cases including DUI and serious felony charges and has secured meaningful financial recoveries for individuals injured in accidents.

His experience on both sides of the courtroom provides a comprehensive understanding of how cases are evaluated and resolved. Today, he applies that experience to advocate for individuals who need steady, informed legal representation during difficult moments.
